Dear God Are we there yet? is a platform and service to connect people that are world travelers and locals that serve as volunteers (Dear God Are we there yet?) with families and people and or projects around the world (People with non-monetary needs) to enable time shared exchange, learning possibilities, skills and information exchange and to help out in countries across the USA and the world (collectively, the Services.)

By using the Site or Services, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions and to be legally bound by them and by our Data Protection Policy (collectively referred to as Terms), whether or not you become someone with a need or Dear God Are we there yet? Any use of the Site is governed by the Terms.
The site enables people with non-monetary needs and Dear God Are we there yet? volunteers to connect. You agree that Dear God Are we there yet? is not a party to any agreements entered into between people with non-monetary needs and Dear God Are we there yet? Volunteers nor is Dear God Are we there yet? a travel agency, an organized exchange program, an agent or an insurer. Dear God Are we there yet? does not monitor the people with non-monetary needs and Dear God Are we there yet? volunteers and disclaims all liability in this regard.
Volunteer Travel Trips are designed to give a full experience to a small group of travelers. Dear God Are we there yet? Is not a travel agency, an organized exchange program, an agent or an insurer. Any monies exchanged for Volunteer travel are for the purposes of administrative/application fees only.
Eligibility
Dear God Are we there yet? aims at connecting adults over 18 years old any use of the Site by anyone under 18 is expressly prohibited. By using the Site or Services you expressly warrant that you are an adult over 18 years old.
No Warranty
Dear God Are we there yet? does not warranty any Listing (as defined below in article 3) or quality of accommodation. You understand that the pictures on the Site are for information only and in the responsibility of people with non-monetary needs and Dear God Are we there yet? volunteers.
You acknowledge that in case you would seek any legal remedy for actions or omissions of Dear God Are we there yet? volunteers or people with non-monetary needs, or any third parties, you will not claim any liability against Dear God Are we there yet?.
How Dear God Are we there yet? works
People with non-monetary needs can register with Dear God Are we there yet? for free to create a listing that describes the type of time shared exchange and help needed (a “Listing”)
When a person with non-monetary needs is registered, Dear God Are we there yet? volunteers are able to contact people with non-monetary needs through the Site.
Dear God Are we there yet? volunteers are also provided access to a monthly advisory webinar.
Although Listings can be viewed without registering, people with non-monetary needs and Dear God Are we there yet? volunteers must create an account to be able to contact each other.

Hosts Registration and Obligations
When registering as a person with non-monetary needs, you agree and confirm that:
You are responsible for your own account security and you will not share your account details with any other person;
You will use your real name, address, and contact details;
All other information you provide will be accurate and true;
If you require more than volunteer help and cultural exchange then you will supplement financially to at least meet the minimum wage of the country you are in.
Any Dear God Are we there yet? volunteers you accept will genuinely benefit from the cultural exchange.
As a registered person with non-monetary needs, you acknowledge that:
You are using Dear God Are we there yet? entirely at your own risk and we expressly exclude all liability for any loss or damage you, your family, your reputation, your business or your property may suffer as a result of using Dear God Are we there yet?;
Dear God Are we there yet? does not screen the identity of any Dear God Are we there yet? volunteers and you are solely responsible for ensuring that any person you accept is who they say they are;
You are solely responsible for complying with the relevant rules and laws in your jurisdiction (if any) especially with regard to tax, insurance, and visas.
You will keep your Listing up to date, and if no longer valid or required, promptly update it or remove it from the Site.
As part of your Listing, you are required to upload a photo of your location or accommodation. When doing so:
You grant us a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use that photo on your Listing and elsewhere on or in connection with Dear God Are we there yet?;
You warrant that it is your own photo and our use of the photo will not infringe the rights of any other person.
As stated above, you acknowledge that Dear God Are we there yet? is not set up to provide or replace local employment opportunities. It is your responsibility to define and comply with this. Dear God Are we there yet? will remove or edit your Listing if we believe (in our sole discretion) that it infringes or violates another person’s rights or any laws in any country.
Dear God Are we there yet? Volunteers Registration and Obligations
When registering as a Dear God Are we there yet? Volunteer, you agree and confirm that:
You are responsible for your own account security and you will not share your account details with any other person;
You are over 18 years old, or if different, the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction;
You will use your real name, address, and contact details;
All other information you provide will be accurate and true;
You acknowledge that:
You will not be able to contact people with non-monetary needs or view the advisory webinar until you have been approved. Dear God Are we there yet? is a platform and service for contact. Your suitability will depend on the profile you write. We are not an agency and we do not guarantee that you will find a suitable person with non-monetary needs; Though we are available to help and provide advice.
Though we actively encourage it we cannot guarantee that any persons with non-monetary needs you contact after registering will respond to your query or be available at any particular time or on any particular dates;
Once registered, people with non-monetary needs will also be able to view your profile and to contact you if interested;
We do not screen the identity of any persons with non-monetary needs and you are solely responsible for ensuring that any person you accept is who they say they are;
You are fully responsible for investigating whether your chosen person with non-monetary needs and the opportunities they are offering is suitable for you and your needs;
You are using Dear God Are we there yet? entirely at your own risk and we expressly exclude all liability for any loss or damage you, your family, your reputation, your business, or your property may suffer as a result of using Dear God Are we there yet?;
You are solely responsible for complying with the relevant rules and laws in your jurisdiction (if any) especially with regard to your visas.
Dear God Are we there yet? reserves the right to remove and terminate any account without warning.
You must be tolerant of ways of living and be sympathetic to any rules set by the person with non-monetary needs.
Hosts and Dear God Are we there yet? Volunteers conduct
By using the Site and Service you agree that you are solely responsible for compliance with any law, rule, regulation, that may apply to your relationship with any person with non-monetary needs, Dear God Are we there yet? volunteers or any third party. You acknowledge that you will not:
Violate these Terms, any law or regulation, or any order of a court
Use the Site or Services for illegal purposes, especially to breach violate Dear God Are we there yet? Data Protection Policy or Terms;
Use the Site or Services for commercial purpose or other purposes that would violate the Terms or any law;
Imply in any way any partnership between Dear God Are we there yet? and you or any endorsement or affiliation with Dear God Are we there yet?;
Harm in any way Dear God Are we there yet?’s reputation, brand or image including through unauthorized use of the Site or Services, infringement of Dear God Are we there yet?’s intellectual property rights, passing off, registration and/or use of Dear God Are we there yet? domain names, trademarks or logos or any other identifier that would create confusion with Dear God Are we there yet? or imply a connection with Dear God Are we there yet?;
Harass any Host or Dear God Are we there yet? Volunteer or collect or store any personal data about them other than for purposes of the Service or engage in any abusive behavior;
Offer a Dear God Are we there yet? Volunteer to stay in any accommodation without any permission or authorization or submit any Listing with false or misleading information;
Register for more than one Dear God Are we there yet? Volunteer or person with non-monetary needs account or register for a Dear God Are we there yet? Account on behalf of an individual other than yourself, or falsify or misrepresent yourself;
Recruit or solicit any Host or Dear God Are we there yet?er to join third-party services or websites that are competitive to Dear God Are we there yet?, without Dear God Are we there yet?'s prior written approval;
Send the same text to multiple members via the messaging system. This is considered spam. There are automated filters which can detect if these types of message are being sent which can lead to messaging being suspended on any account where this is detected;
Use any software or devices to access in any way any authorized web pages on the Site or attempt to harm, decipher, decompile any of the software used to provide the Site or Services;
Damage the Site or Services, including, through the use of viruses, Trojan horses, forged routing or electronic mail address information or similar methods or technology;
Collect or retrieve data from our Site to compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, database, directory, or otherwise
Encourage, promote or assist any third party in doing any of the foregoing.
Dear God Are we there yet? reserves the right, without prior notice and at any time, (i) to remove or disable access to the Site or Services at its sole discretion, in case of violation of the Terms; (ii) to investigate and prosecute any violation of the Terms (iii) to disclose any of your information if required to do so by law.
Misconduct
If you feel someone is violating the Terms and acting inappropriately, you should immediately report such person to the appropriate authorities and then to Dear God Are we there yet?.
If an account has been removed, terminated it is not possible to set up a second account.
Safety
You acknowledge that you have read and understood our Site safety guidelines and that Dear God Are we there yet? is not, in any way, responsible for guaranteeing the safety of any Hosts, Dear God Are we there yet?ers or any person associated with either of them.
Privacy
By using the Site and Service you agree that Dear God Are we there yet?'s Data Protection policy governs Dear God Are we there yet?'s collection and use of your personal data and information.
The Data Protection may be updated by Dear God Are we there yet? from time to time.
Miscellaneous
You agree to indemnify Dear God Are we there yet? against any claims, actions, proceedings, losses, damages, expenses, and costs (including without limitation court costs and legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of Dear God Are we there yet?.

We have no control over third party websites and accept no legal responsibility for any content, material or information contained in them. The display of any link or reference to any third party website does not mean that we endorse that website, product or service.
Services are fully delivered at the point of fee payment. Dear God Are we there yet? strives to provide full access, to a variable list of people with non-monetary needs. However, we cannot guarantee or refund under any circumstances once fee payment has been collected
Dear God Are we there yet? may retract or change their services at any time without notice or refund for volunteer travel application fees.
You acknowledge that Dear God Are we there yet? is a service to enable contact and does not act as an agent or is a party to any exchange you organize.
We may modify the Terms from time to time. You agree to be bound by any changes made by us. It is your responsibility to check the Terms from time to time to verify such changes.
These terms are governed by United States law and any disputes which might arise between you and us in relation to Dear God Are we there yet? will be heard in the exclusive jurisdiction of the Florida State courts, unless we both agree otherwise.
